Germany Recap
It's a pity that our mini Germany tour already ended but at least we have some photos to save the memories of the wonderful 10 days we spent with family, relatives and friends. Our trip began in Duesseldorf, where we spent (literally) a few hours with our dear friend Vicky. Sebastian's brother was kind enough to come and pick us up from Duesseldorf so our first night was at Sebastian's family home in Dingelstaedt. With his mom's turning 60 on the weekend, Sebastian spent the whole of Friday with his brother trying to finish up a surprise presentation for their mum. On Saturday, the birthday party went really well, with great vibes, food and drinks and loads of dancing till 3am. Before leaving Dingelstaedt, we went to visit Sebastian's grandma in the nearby town Arnstadt. On Wednesday, we took the train to Munich where we spent two nights touring and eating Bavarian food. On Friday, we travelled further to Ulm, where we met Sebastian's uncle. We spent two nights with him and his family in Laichingen. On Sunday, it was time to say bye to everyone, unfortunately. With little travel planned for this year, we're now looking forward to our next wellness trip to Bath in March.
Schade, dass unsere mini Deutschlandtour so schnell vorbei ging aber zumindest haben wir jede Menge Fotos zur Erinnerung an die wunderschoene Zeit mit Familie, Verwandschaft und Freunden. Der Trip begann in Duesseldorf, wo wir nur ein paar Stunden mit unserer lieben Freundin Vicky verbringen konnten. Sebastian's Bruder hat uns netterweise von Duesseldorf abgeholt, daher war unsere erste Nacht in Deutschland bei Sebastian's Eltern. Da Sebastian's Mutter ihren 60. Geburstag am Wochenende hatte, verbrachte Sebastian den ganzen Freitag mit seinem Bruder, um eine Ueberraschungspraesentation fuer deren Mutter vorzubereiten. Die Geburtstagsfeier am Samstagabend verlief sehr gut mit vielen interessanten Auftritten, guter Musik und leckerem Essen. Am Montag besuchten wir Sebastian's Oma in Arnstadt. Am Mittwoch sind wir dann weiter nach Muenchen gefahren, wo wir 2 Naechte verbrachten. Am Freitag hat uns Sebastian's Onkel in Ulm abgeholt. Wir verbrachten die letzten Naechte bei seiner Familie in Laichingen. Am Sonntag war's dann leider soweit und wir sind von Stuttgart zurueckgeflogen. Da wir in der zweiten Jahreshaelfte erstmal keine Reisen geplant haben, freuen wir uns jetzt schon auf den naechsten Trip nach Bath im Maerz.
