Halloween
This has been a short week (thank God-:) . Well, on wednesday evening, we had the compulsory Halloween party. Our team decided to go for a retro-look, so i borrowed some Elton-John specs from a friend. Apparently, there were other teams that were more creative and who really looked spooky! The good thing is that thursday is a holiday (state formation day), so we had enough time to compete for the best Halloween look till dawn and sleep late the following day.
For the weekend, I actually wanted to get out of Hyderabad for a change, but the group that I planned to travel with somehow couldn't agree on a destination, so I guess I'll remain in Hyderabad and try out a few places here that I haven't yet visited.
The weather seems to be changing, in fact, it even rained on Tuesday, so I'm crossing my fingers that this is a one-off occurrence. I hope the Dublin weather isn't following me all the way ;-(
Btw, I already had my first visit to the Dr. Just like in Kenya, my skin isn't coping well with the change of weather (my manager says it's the air pollution causing the skin irritation). Anyways, I'm sure it's a temporary case.

Das war eine kurze Woche. Gott sei Dank. Nun, am Mittwochabend hatten wir unsere obligatorische Halloween Party. Unser Team entschied dass wir alle im Retro-Look gehen, so hab ich mir eine Elton John Brille von einer Kollegin geborgt. Offensichtlich gab es aber andere Teams, die etwas kreativer waren als wir und manche sahen echt gruselig aus. Das schöne ist, dass Donnerstag Feiertag ist und wir somit genug Zeit hatten um das Beste aus Halloween bis in die Dämmerung herauszuholen und am kommenden Tag lang zu schlafen. Am Wochenende wollte ich eigentlich mal raus aus Hyderabad aber die Gruppe, mit der ich verreisen wollten konnte sich einfach nicht über das Ziel einigen. Somit werde ich wohl in Hyderabad bleiben und einige Orte aufsuchen, die ich noch nicht besucht habe. Das Wetter scheint sicht zu ändern, am Dienstagabend hat es geregnet. Ich drücke die Daumen, dass es einmalig war. Weiter hoffe ich, dass mich das Dublin-Wetter nicht verfolgt. ;-(
Mal am Rande, ich hatte bereits meinen ersten Besuch bei einem Arzt. Genau wie in Kenia ist meine Haut sehr vom Wetterwechsel irritiert (mein Chef sagte, es kann auch mit verunreinigter Luft zusammenhängen). Ich bin mir sicher, dass es nur temporär ist.
