The wait is over! We are back: new website design, new tour dates and the 10th anniversary of our domain carolinesebastian.com in October this year. Das Warten ist vorbei! Wir sind zurück: neues Design, neue Tourdaten und der 10. Geburtstag unserer Domain carolinesebastian.com im Oktober diesen Jahres. 

It'll be quiet here for a while until further notice with no posts or updates. Please check back later.  Es wird hier auf unbestimmte Zeit ruhig, keine Posts oder Updates. Bitte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wiederkommen. 

Next week we will head off for a day trip visiting the North Sea coastline around Sankt-Peter Ording.  Nächste Woche geht es zu einem Tagestrip an die Nordsee-Küste nach Sankt-Peter Ording. 

Well, well, to be honest, we're extremely lazy in terms of posting stuff. Actually it's due to lack of time. We had such a great time in Kenya and if you follow us at Twitter you know what we're talking about...next up...hopefully a nice summer.  Ja, ja, um ehrlich zu sein, sind wir wirklich sehr faul wenn es darum geht hier etwas zu posten. Aber das hat auch zeitliche Gründe, es fehlt einfach an Zeit. Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit in Kenia und falls Ihr uns bei Twitter begleitet, wisst Ihr, von was wir sprechen. Als nächstes kommt hoffentlich ein schöner Sommer. 

Caroline and Samuel visiting Kenya for quite a few days now. It sees Sammy's first ever trip to the African continent. Sebastian will join them in two days time.  Caroline und Samuel sind seit ein paar Tagen bereits in Kenia. Es ist Sammy's aller erster Trip auf den afrikanischen Kontinent überhaupt. Sebastian wird in zwei Tagen da zustoßen. 

This upcoming weekend we'll visit the island of Fehrmarn for the very first time. Our traditional Easter weekend trip will bring us back to Rügen. Since we were so impressed from the island of Rügen and our hotel , we decided to travel back at least once every year.  Am kommenden Wochenende geht es zum allerersten Mal auf die Insel Fehmarn. Unser traditioneller Oster-Trip bringt uns wieder zurück nach Rügen. Da wir von Rügen und unserem Hotel so beeindruckt waren, haben wir uns dazu entschieden jährlich einmal im Jahr dort hinzureisen.

We just posted new tour dates for the year 2016 and the tour archive has been updated.  Neue Tourdaten für das Jahr 2016 sind jetzt online. Das Tourarchiv wurde auch aktualisiert.

Short fall vacation around the corner. We'll spend the upcoming weekend in Grömitz on the Baltic Sea.  Kurzer Herbsturlaub steht an. Nächstes Wochenende geht es nach Grömitz an die Ostsee.

Apologies for the long silence but we've been quite busy this Summer and a bit lazy to post anything. However, we're aware that we owe you a full report from our trips to Ireland and Portugal. This is still in the pipeline and you can expect it very soon - it will be delivered before 2015 is history. Promised! Apart from that, the next huge trip is roughly being considered: Sammy is now 3 years old and it's time that he'll be visiting his African grandman in Kenya: in 2016 we'll head over to Mombasa.  Lange Zeit war Ruhe hier. Das bitten wir zu entschuldigen, aber in diesem Sommer ist so Einiges zu tun und wir waren auch etwas faul über etwas Spannendes zu berichten. Jedoch wissen wir auch, dass wir immer noch einen ausführlichen Bericht über unsere Reisen nach Irland und Portugal schuldig sind. Das ist noch auf der "ToDo Liste" und es wird noch vor Ende des Jahres geliefert. Nichtsdestotrotz ist auch schon der nächste, größere Trip grob überlegt: Sammy ...

Next up will be our second visit to the Southern coastline of Portugal, the Algarve. However this time as a family and to celebrate our birthdays.  Als nächstes geht es zweites Mal an die Südküst Portugals, an die Algarve. Jedoch dieses Mal als Familie und um unsere Geburtstage dort zu feiern.

It was an amazing feeling to be back in Ireland. Full report and pictures very soon.  Es war ein aufregendes Gefühl wieder in Irland zu sein. Ein vollständiger Bericht und Bilder kommen bald. 

Once again, we will head off for Summer holidays to the beautiful Southern coastline of Portugal - the Algarve. We cannot wait to swim in crystal clear water, to play at the beaches of Praia Do Camilo, Praia Da Luiz, Praia da Galé... Einmal mehr werden wir unseren Sommerurlaub im Süden Portugals, an der Algarve verbringen. Wir können es kaum erwarten im kristall-klaren Wasser zu schwimmen oder den Stränden Praia Do Camilo, Praia Da Luiz, Praia da Galé zu spielen...

This Friday, March 6, 2015 German Speedfolk band Fiddler's Green will play a sold out show at the "Fabrik" in Hamburg as part of their "25 Blarney Roses Anniversary Tour". We were lucky to get two tickets and will head over to downtown Altona to expect an explosive mix of Irish folk, punkrock, reggae, ska... Am kommenden Freitag, den 6. März wird die deutsche "Speedfolk" Band Fiddler's Green eine ausverkaufte Show in der "Fabrik" in Hamburg spielen. Dieses Konzert ist Teil der "25 Blarney Roses Anniversary Tour". Wir haben zwei Tickets, wagen uns nach Altona und erwarten einen explosiven Mix aus irischem Folk, Punkrock, Reggae und Ska...

It's then about 2 years since we left one of the most beautiful islands in Europe, but we will be back in Ireland from April 5, 2015! Can't wait to show our little one Samuel his birthplace.  Es sind ungefähr 2 Jahre seitdem wir eine der schönsten Inseln Europas verlassen haben, aber wir sind zurück in Irland ab dem 5. April 2015! Wir können es kaum erwarten unserem kleinen Samuel seine Geburtsstätte zu zeigen.

We would like to wish all of you a Happy Holiday Season 2014. Up next for us, straight after Christmas, a couple of days on the island of Usedom. Also on the bill are the cities Świnoujście (Swinemünde) and Szczecin (Stettin) in Poland.  Wir wünschen allen ein schönes Weihnachtsfest 2014. Für uns geht es, direkt nach Weihnachten, für ein paar Tage nach Usedom. Auch geplant ist die Städte Świnoujście (Swinemünde) und Szczecin (Stettin) in Polen zu besuchen.
